Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your shopping and amazed by our outstanding customer service. But if you unhappy in the slightest we would rather know about it. If you have an issue with your delivery, or to return a product or report a damaged product email us at info@livelifestore.com.au


14-Day Guarantee

If you decide you don't want any item in your order you can return it to us within 14 days in the same condition in which it arrived and we will issue you a full refund for the item. This excludes(Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty).

We do not deliver perishables, frozen and chilled products. However, if you insist us to do so we will consider the requests based on your location and delivery time. In such cases, please note that livellife cannot guarantee the condition of perishable goods such as fresh produce, frozen goods, and chilled. While we endeavour to do our very best at the packaging stage and include ice-packs where possible, please understand that these items are ordered at your own risk. Damaged Products

Whilst we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then we will issue a replacement product free of charge. Please provide us the following information; order number#, date goods were received and photographic evidence to organize return or refund efficiently.
