What are the freight costs?
For local orders, freight costs are automatically calculated real-time in the cart depending on
a) Weight of the order
b) Volume of the order
c) Location of delivery
If you are a guest user, you may enter the post code in the cart to calculate the freight costs.

Can I get shipping FREE?
Of Course, you can get free shipping. Please check our free shipping information.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address

Do you deliver perishables ?
We do not deliver perishables, frozen and chilled products. However, if you insist us to do so we will consider the requests based on your location and delivery time. In such cases, please note that livellife cannot guarantee the condition of perishable goods such as fresh produce, frozen goods, and chilled. While we endeavour to do our very best at the packaging stage and include ice-packs where possible, please understand that these items are ordered at your own risk. Parcels in transit are not kept in chilled depots or vehicles.

Do you deliver Internationally?
Of course, please contact us on before placing your order. The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes or customs costs that could be incurred. Please check this information with your countries authorities.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally it takes 1-10 business days depending on the location, traffic conditions and seasonal events.

Can I track my order?
Of course, you will be received tracking details via email.

My order arrived but it's not all here?
Sometimes, we ship our products in different boxes (we limit how many glass bottles go into each box). Please track your delivery to see when the other boxes arrive. Please contact immediately if you have any concern.
