Topwil Organic Coconut Sap Vinegar is made from sustainably grown, organically certified coconut farms in Sri Lanka.  Sap collected from coconut blossoms are fermented and aged for more than 12 months. Sap Vinegar Fermentation does not need to be infused with sugar.  This vinegar contains some level of “Mother”, supporting to maintain high rich flavour. This brings an exotic, topical taste to your table. You may use this vinegar for cooking or as a salad dressing. This is rich in Acetic-acid.
