INGREDIENTS
- The Tender Table Organic Coconut Whipping Cream - Original 180g
- Topwil Organic Coconut Milk 250mL
- Topwil Organic Coconut Butter 15g
- Organic Cane Sugar 65g
- Blissful Organic Cacao Powder 30g
- Vanilla Extract 8g
- Sea Salt 3g
- Grated Chocolate for Garnish
PREP METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, combine coconut whipping cream, cane sugar, and coconut butter and whisk till smooth and creamy.
- Now add coconut milk, cacao powder, vanilla extract, salt and whisk again.
- Transfer the mousse into individual serving containers and refrigerate for at least for 4 hours.
- Garnish with finely grated chocolate and serve chilled.
