Vegan Mini Pavlovas

Our egg-free Vegan Mini Pavlovas are the ultimate delicately soft crispy-meets-creamy bliss in every morsel. Made with only vegan-friendly ingredients, they are the sweetest of treats to share, with ZERO guilt!




  • Aquafaba 400mL (liquid from a can of chickpeas)
  • Organic Cane Sugar 250g
  • Organic Corn Starch 3 tablespoons
  • Organic Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon

Whipped Cream:


Optional Toppings:

  • Seasonal Berries/Passionfruit Sauce/Mint Tips


  • Pour the aquafaba into a dry bowl and whip on low speed.
  • Add lemon juice and continue to whip till stiff peaks form.
  • Gradually add cane sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla to the mixture and keep whipping.
  • Spoon the whipped aquafaba mixture into a piping bag with a tip and pipe small circles onto the baking tray.
  • Place the tray in the pre-heated oven and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours.
  • Once cooled, fill the wells of the pavlovas with coconut whipping cream and your favourite vegan toppings.
